If you’d like to review your applicants more frequently, you can easily access them on your Purpose Jobs Dashboard by selecting ‘Applicants’ in the left-hand navigation:

In most cases these applicants are actively interviewing with multiple organizations, so it’s important to make sure you reach out promptly if you’re interested!

In addition to applications for your active positions on Purpose Jobs, you can utilize search to filter by location (Ann Arbor, Detroit, Columbus or Remote), as well as by role type. You can then utilize keywords and skills to narrow your search. To learn more, consult Searching Candidates.
