If you’ve heard of Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs, you can guess where this is heading. According to Abraham Maslow, humans have five categories of needs: physiological, safety, love, esteem, and self-actualization. Because it’s a hierarchy, the next need can’t be fulfilled until the previous one is. This is demonstrated by a triangle, with the final need, self-actualization, at the peak.
What is self-actualization exactly? It’s the feeling of being fulfilled, of living up to our potential, our purpose. Maslow said it’s rarely achieved, but we think it can be done.
Helping people achieve this feeling has been our mission since day one—finding fulfillment in your career, helping you realize your potential and doing what you’re meant to do. And that’s represented by the triangles in our logo.
