Once you have completed your profile, you are able to browse the full catalog of open positions on Purpose Jobs. To begin, select "Jobs" in the left-hand navigation panel:

You can simply scroll through the list of available jobs, or you can utilize the filters at the top of the screen.

A "Keyword" and "Locations" box will display on default. If you wish to search by a specific employer, type their full name into the keyword search bar. For locations, the remote tag will show you jobs that are fully remote or remote-friendly.

You can also use the "More Filters" button to expand additional filters.

Additional filters will include: roles, employment types, application types, skills, years of experience, and the ability to hide jobs you've to which you've already applied.

If you'd like to receive a weekly email about new jobs posted that meet a specific search criteria, set your filters and turn on the toggle, "Get job alerts for this search", shown below.

To manage your job alerts, navigate to the "Job Alerts" menu item in the profile icon at the bottom left of your account. You can edit, delete, and open existing alerts from this page. You can setup up to 10 alerts. Weekly emails are delivered on Thursday mornings.

Once you’ve landed on the appropriate filters, you can simply click on the job listing to expand and review the entire job description. From here, you can choose to "Skip" using the "x" icon, "Bookmark" using the "♡" icon, or "Apply Now" using the blue button at the bottom right of the job.

You can review all of your submitted applications at any time by selecting the
"Applied" option from the left-hand navigation on your dashboard. Employers will be notified when you apply and will reach out to you directly if they feel like you’re a good fit for the role.

You can view your skipped or bookmarked jobs anytime via the "Applied" page. Just use the "Sort By" filters shown below.

If you click "Apply Now", a new window will open allowing you to confirm your application. Click "Yes, Apply" to submit.

Notice, that some "Apply Now" buttons indicate a link will open in a new tab. These employers wish you to apply directly through their career page.

Once you click an external "Apply Now" button, you'll be prompted to let us know whether you applied or not. This information helps both you and us track your application so please take a moment to let us know.
